Toonel, Aplikasi berbasis Java yang bersifat portable dengan format *.jar sehingga aplikasi ini dapat dipakai di platform OS manapun, bahkan bisa juga di Smartphone, Fungsi pertama dari aplikasi ini adalah sebagai Anonymous Proxy Server, yang tentunya akan membuat kegiatan browsing kita jadi Anonymous. Untuk penggunaannya cukup mudah, jalankan aplikasinya, lalu set proxy dari browser yang anda pakai ke 127.0.0.1 dengan port 8080(default dan bisa diganti di tab “mapping”), lalu kualitas gambar(GIF dan JPEG), Parent Proxy bisa diatur di tab “web”.
Seperti yang sudah kita bahas tadi kalau Aplikasi in adalah Anonymous Proxy makanya jangan kaget kalau tiba-tiba situs yang kita akses menjadi bahasa Asing(misalnya bahasa jerman) Ya, itu karena memang Proxy Server yang dia pakai bersifat Random.
Mungkin aplikasi ini bisa membantu bagi mereka yang fakir benwit 
(seperti saya sekarang,hehehe…)
